Conditions
Please read these terms carefully before booking a tutor through Wisely Tutors Academy.
1. Platform Role
WiselyTutors acts as an intermediary connecting families with tutors and is not responsible for the individual actions of either party.
2. Tutor Fee Structure
Fees are negotiated directly between parents and tutors based on the tutor’s qualifications, experience, and session frequency.
3. Trial / Demo Classes
Up to 2 days of free demo classes are offered so families can assess a tutor’s teaching before committing.
4. First Month Payment
Parents pay the academy upfront for the first month via bank transfer, EasyPaisa, or JazzCash; the tutor is paid by the academy after month-end.
5. Payment Option 1 – Direct to Tutor
After the first month, parents may choose to pay tutors directly without further academy involvement.
6. Payment Option 2 – Through the Academy
Alternatively, parents continue paying through the academy by the 5th of each month, with the academy managing the tutor relationship.
7. Teacher Verification
Tutors are verified by the academy; additional verification is available on request, along with a complaint-resolution process.
8. Demo Class Evaluation Limit
The free demo class evaluation is available only once per student.
9. Direct Contact Restriction
Parents may not contact tutors directly without notifying the academy first; the academy disclaims responsibility for arrangements made outside its knowledge.
10. Dispute Resolution
During the first month, disputes are resolved via tutor replacement or a money-back guarantee; later conflicts are handled case-by-case.
11. Academy Liability Limits
The academy is not responsible for commitments beyond scheduling and does not guarantee student grades.
12. Payment Processing
First-month payment must go through the academy’s official accounts; subsequent months may be negotiated directly between parents and tutors.
13. Refund Policy
Payments are generally non-refundable but may be transferable, at the academy’s discretion in specific cases.
14. Academic Writing Services
For academic/assignment writing services, 50% payment is required in advance before work starts, with the remaining 50% due on completion.
15. Tutor Registration Fees
Tutor registration fees are non-refundable and non-transferable, except that they become refundable if the tutor receives no assignments after four months.
16. Commission Structure
Commission on tutor fees: under PKR 25,000/month, the academy takes 50% of the first month’s fee and 0% thereafter; PKR 25,000/month or more, the academy takes 60% of the first month and 0% thereafter; for short-term arrangements of 45 days or less, commission of 20-40% is determined by the academy.
17. Demo Class Accountability
Poor tutor performance in demos results in negative reviews, and after more than two failed demo classes the tutor is terminated with no refund.
18. Data Privacy Violation
Any tutor found disclosing student/family information will be terminated instantly, with legal action possible.
19. Fraud Consequences
Fraudulent behavior by any party results in exclusion from the platform’s services and potential legal proceedings.
